No idea butHave you checked - http://www.minesite.com/investors/brokers_notes.html a whole host of brokers tips which I dont think are generally available to private individuals + Proactive Investors include miners http://www.proactiveinvestors.co.uk/ cant vouch for their record But right now Id have thought the problem is to restrict the list of targets not increase it !!
