Maximizing the impact of its location, Bellevue Hotels and Resorts (BH&R) is elevating tourist experiences in Panglao, Bohol, with a soon-to-rise wonderful one-of-a-kind commercial and residential property: Bellemar.

Reminiscent of paradors in Spain, the retail mixed-use development will be characteristic of layers of Spanish architectural history in the Philippines, as well as the local heritage of Bohol.

The development is 800 meters from the fine white-sand beach of Alona, and 600 meters from the town’s commercial center.

The four-hectare project will feature nine commercial pavilions housing a variety of local and international businesses, including food and beverage, supermarket, technology, amusement, services, lifestyle and specialty, wellness and government satellite offices.

Bellemar is the Filipino-owned corporation’s second property in Panglao, next to the first premium resort on the island, the five-star Bellevue Bohol, which opened in 2012 to pave the way for the modern-day hospitality industry in the the province.
