Tucker Carlson: Podesta brothers and Manafort, not Trump, are 'central figures' in Mueller probe (UPDATE)

Mueller_Podesta_Manafort_Split.jpg

Fox News' Tucker Carlson said he has a source who told him that the Podesta brothers and Paul Manafort are the "central figures" Robert Mueller's investigation, not President Trump. The source, Carlson said, told him about events that implicate Manafort, the Podesta brothers, Hillary Clinton and her State Department, and Russian oligarchs. The source has been interviewed by Mueller's independent investigators.

"If true," Carlson said, the story weaved by the source shows the media is focusing on the wrong Russia story.

The source tells Tucker Carlson that Paul Manafort worked extensively with the Podesta Group as far back as 2011 on behalf of Russia. Manafort's Russian associates wanted to influence Washington and sought the Podesta brothers because of their ties to then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

He said then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton held a meeting with the Podestas that included a representative of the Clinton Foundation that specifically was about how to assist Uranium One in a deal that reportedly netted the foundation $100 million in donations.

"Sometimes, our source said, ties between The Podesta Group and the Clintons were explicit," Carlson explained. "Tony Podesta spoke regularly to Hillary Clinton while she ran the State Department. Our source remembers Podesta's assistant announcing that 'Secretary Clinton is on the line.'"

"At one point in either 2013 or maybe early 2014 our source says a meeting was held that included both Tony Podesta and a representative of the Clinton Foundation. The explicit subject of that meeting? How to assist Uranium One, that's the Russian-owned company that controls 20% of American uranium production, and whose board members gave more than $100 million to the Clinton Foundation. As our source put it, Tony Podesta was basically part of the Clinton Foundation," Carlson shared.

"'They are more focused on facilitators of Russian influence in this country,' says our source, than they are on election collusion," Carlson said. "The Podesta Group he says, 'is in their crosshairs.' We should note the obvious, that many of the lobbying efforts our source described to us today are not yet illegal necessarily and that tells you a lot about modern American politics."

Emails give new detail about Mercury, Podesta role in Manafort's lobbying

A letter released by the Justice Department on Thursday appears to show that lobbyists associated with Paul Manafort knew he was working at the direction of the Ukrainian government, even though the lobbyists did not register with the U.S. government as foreign agents until years later.

The letter, dated March 31, 2017, was sent by Heather Hunt, a Justice Department lawyer, to Melissa Laurenza, a lawyer representing Manafort at the time. It was released in response to a public records lawsuit brought by The New York Times.

The letter's release comes days before Manafort is scheduled to stand trial on charges of violating the Foreign Agents Registration Act, which requires lobbyists who represent foreign interests to register with the Justice Department. Even though his lobbying campaign started years earlier, Manafort did not register for work that he did on behalf of the Ukrainian government and a leading political party until last year.

In the 2017 letter, Hunt told Laurenza that the Justice Department had determined that Manafort and his partner, Rick Gates, should have registered under FARA for their work in Ukraine. She said that determination was based on documents provided by lawyers for two lobbying firms that worked with Manafort, Mercury and the Podesta Group, as well as emails provided by the Podesta Group.

Several of the emails, excerpts of which were included in the letter and which previously had not been made public, raise new questions about why the Podesta Group and Mercury did not initially register with the Justice Department themselves.

PODESTA(s) and the TIMELINE

Tucker Carlson BOMBSHELL: Podesta Brothers And Manafort, Not Trump, “Central Figures” In Mueller Probe

Incredible segment from Tucker Carlson’s show. Unbelievable!!

Tucker Carlson BOMBSHELL: Podesta Brothers And Manafort, Not Trump,

Tucker Carlson reported Tuesday night new details about the scope of Robert Mueller’s investigation into Russian influence in the United States, which may be putting the Podesta brothers and Paul Manafort in Mueller’s “crosshairs.”

I’m skeptical. Mueller and part of his team helped hide details of Russian crimes in order to facilitate the Uranium One deal. Maybe they’re going after the Podestas not to prosecute them, but to grab all the evidence that could hurt Hillary Clinton, The Deep State and the DNC to see that it remains hidden. Don’t trust Mueller!

Interesting Manafort-Podesta-Obama Timeline:

Podesta receives his $35 MILLION payout from Russia in January 2011. The Uranium deal he brokered was 2010.

Not only did Clinton and Podesta take money from the Russians, Podesta was working WITH Manafort in Ukraine during Euromaidan. A job that later gets Manafort surveilled by Obama and into trouble. Podesta doesn’t get in trouble and goes on to work for the White House.

This seems like total power plays to only use intelligence when needing to take out or manipulate players.

This story gets stranger by the day. I’m compiling a timeline trying to make sense of where all the players stood at different dates.

February 7, 2010 – Yanukovych is democratically elected the President of Ukraine. He is pro Russia and by default, anti EU.

Jan. 18, 2011 a small green-energy company named Joule Unlimited announced Podesta’s appointment to its board. Months later, Rusnano, a Kremlin-backed investment fund founded by Vladimir Putin, pumped $35 million into Joule. Serving alongside Podesta on Joule’s board were senior Russian official Anatoly Chubais and oligarch Ruben Vardanyan, who has been appointed by Putin to a Russian economic modernization council.

The only way someone “flipping” is bad news for Trump is if he has indeed done something illegal, and as of right now, after nearly three years of 24/7 scrutiny at the hands of a beyond-corrupt FBI,  two years of scrutiny from a rabidly partisan media, two congressional investigations, and 18 months of an unaccountable fishing expedition by a herd of Democrat Dirty Cops in the special counsel office, they got exactly zippo.

Well, Muellers a Republican, famous for covering up republican pedophilia.

So hardly surprising. just mildly amusing watching the talking heads talk turtles all the way down.

The Beat goes on...

Newly Released Mueller Document Suggests Dem Power Broker Tony Podesta Misled Federal Investigators

The office of special counsel Robert Mueller just released a document which appears to show that longtime Democratic Party power broker Tony Podesta misled federal investigators when questioned about his obligations, and how he understood them, under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA).

The document is dated March 31, 2017 and was released late Saturday morning in line with a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request initiated by the New York Times‘ Kenneth Vogel. Taking the form of a letter from the U.S. Department of Justice’s (DOJ) National Security Division and addressed to Podesta’s attorney Matthew T. Sanderson, the document reads, in relevant part:

Manafort, 69, pleaded guilty Friday in a Washington, D.C., courtroom to one new count of participating in a conspiracy against the United States — involving money laundering, tax fraud, failing to file Foreign Bank Account Reports, violating the Foreign Agents Registration Act, and lying and misrepresenting to the Department of Justice.

Manafort plead guilty to being an unregistered agent of a foreign government, our good friend Mr Putin.

They used to call them spies. But I doubt the lie stream media will admit they got that badly owned. They still cant even accept that Snowden defected. Still hold some deranged hope he might change his mind and give up his plush Moscow pad and Russian passport for a US prison cell.

But then again, maybe Kim Dotcom is on the former united states side to, not like hes got an axe to grind given the totally balanced and justified way hes been treated.

JUDGE RULES

JUDGE REJECTS 'EXCESSIVE' MUELLER
MANAFORT ONLY GETS 47 MONTHS!

A federal judge known for his impatience in court sentenced former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort on Thursday to less than four years behind bars, defying a requested prison term of 19 to 24 years by special counsel Robert Mueller.

T.S. Ellis III, who was appointed by President Ronald Reagan and serves on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, called Mueller’s recommended sentence “excessive.” Instead, the former U.S. Navy aviator, who piloted an F-4 Phantom before heading to Harvard Law School and then Oxford University, handed down a 47-month sentence.

“To impose a sentence of 19-24 years on Mr. Manafort would clearly be a disparity. In the end, I don’t think the guidelines range is at all appropriate,” Ellis said.

“I think what I’ve done is sufficiently punitive, and anyone who disagrees should spend a day in a federal penitentiary,” he said, adding that he wants Manafort to receive credit for the nine months he’s already served behind bars.

The 78-year-old judge, who presided over the trial in which Manafort was convicted of eight financial crimes, including bank fraud, tax fraud, and failure to disclose a foreign bank account, seemed swayed by his attorneys' argument for a sentence "substantially below" the federal guidelines.

The sentence was in contrast with a sentencing memo from Mueller’s team.

"Manafort acted for more than a decade as if he were above the law, and deprived the federal government and various financial institutions of millions of dollars," prosecutors wrote in a court filing last month.

“Manafort chose to do this for no other reason than greed, evidencing his belief that the law does not apply to him,” they wrote.

But Manafort's attorneys had hit back at the special counsel in their own sentencing memo, claiming prosecutors were trying to "vilify Mr. Manafort as a lifelong and irredeemable felon" and "spreading misinformation about Mr. Manafort to impugn his character in a manner that this country has not experienced in decades."

Ellis was often curt during the case. At a pre-trial hearing, he questioned why the special counsel’s office had charged Manafort with crimes unrelated to their investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election. Ellis argued that prosecutors ultimately wanted to pressure Manafort to give them information “that would reflect on Mr. Trump or lead to his prosecution or impeachment or whatever.”

He also intervened throughout the trial, disparaging the special counsel’s evidence and telling prosecutor Greg Andres to not roll his eyes.

but did they give a truthful answer?

->that when they found out they had the anti white Judge Ellis hearing the case, they charged Manafort seperately in Virginia so as to get a more amenable Judge.

Yet another example of Black privelidge.

If manafort was black judge Ellis would have awarded Manafort at least twice the recommended compensation of free food, shelter and gym membership.

4 years will hardly be enough time for manafort to write the first chapter of his book.

Maybe Judge Amy Berman wont be so anti white at his next sentance hearing and he'll get the time he needs to finish the rest of it.
