‘Keep telling yourself that’: Bless her heart, here’s why AOC thinks the ‘GOP’s getting scared’

The pendulum has swung back in the other direction, and perpetual victim Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is back to being a stunning and brave bee in the GOP’s bonnet. At least according to her:
AbHcStkl_normal.jpg GOP’s getting scared that up close, their constituents will realize I’m fighting harder for their healthcare than their own Reps
S. Zawicki's reply:
I have healthcare. You are fighting to take money outta my paycheck to buy insurance for other people

David M.:

Trust me, we're not worried about your wild ideas. Stick to what you know, making cocktails.

VotEEE :

I can assure you I do not think you are fighting for me. You are fighting for giving government more control. Don't ever speak for me again.

dont seem to understand the meaning of "will".

therefore almost certainly dont understand that private health insurance companies only offer health insurance to people who dont need it, and will withdraw their cover as soon as they are to sick to work.

From the "Poster child of unaccountable Toxic Femininity"

Ocasio-Cortez Lists Tax Cuts and the Census as Reasons to Impeach Trump

The phrase ‘high crimes and misdemeanors’ must be too many syllables for her to understand.

New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez was asked during an interview on Yahoo News’ “Skullduggery” podcast this past weekend if she supports impeaching President Trump.

As with most thoughts, the Democrat socialist struggled to convey any rational reasons for supporting such a bold and significant move.

“I think you could reach in a bag and pull so many things out that are impeachable of this president,” she claimed. “I support impeaching this president.”

So many things …

That’s when the interviewers asked her to cite three specific ‘things.’

do you have a link to the actual interview.

We are surely capable of making up our own minds and dont need what really happened opinion and propaganda thrown in to something as straight forward as an interview.

ILLOGICAL, IMMATURE, ill-prepared, non-accountable, over-emotional....

These are reasons the Little Bitty does not belong at the "tippy-tops" of power.

Put Candace Owens there, and watch her grow into something remarkable.

Meantime, AOC just shows us all the reasons that some people think it was a mistake to given women the vote

- She is the poster-child for Toxic Feminity, and has already earned years of cruel ridicule

Will Ocasio get Trashed?

Republican Millionaire "Hell bent" On REMOVING Ocasio-Cortez

Republican Millionaire "Hell bent" On REMOVING Ocasio-Cortez.

After the loss of the Amazon deal Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez saw her approval and favorability plummet. AOC Claimed this was due to right wing propaganda but that claim would seem absurd considering people in her district likely don't watch Fox News or right wing sources. But now the far left Ocasio-Cortez faces a wave of challengers from the Republican party as many people feel she is neglecting her district. The self described democratic socialist will have to contend with the entirety of the Democratic establishment and now Republicans as well. With polls showing that far left 2020 democrats are not fairing too well it seems like she has a real challenge ahead of her. Democrats have floated eliminating her district, setting her up with a primary challenger, and have often disparaged AOC and her progressive group. While many people will claim the Green New Deal is favored by Americans, not one Democrat voted to support the bill in fact several voted "no"

Make Little Bitty Accountable Again?

Ocasio-Cortez Holds 'Green New Deal' Fun Run; Participants Don't Realize Where Money Is Really Going

Some of the participants of a "family fun run" that Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez promoted as supporting her Green New Deal were unaware that their registration fees were actually going directly to the campaign of the freshman congresswoman rather than "helping the environment." By presenting the event in ambiguous terms, the New York Post notes, the freshman congresswoman "may have enticed constituents into inadvertently breaking federal election laws."

The Post attended the event, held in Queens on Saturday, and chatted with a few of its participants. What the paper found is that, unsurprisingly, some of the 398 participants appeared to be confused about where exactly the more than $11,000 raised by their registration fees was going.
Why the confusion? The website for the democratic socialist's event presented it as "a Family Fun Run supporting U.S. Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez's Green New Deal":

AOC sounds like a Demented 12 year old

After her recent move to Washington D.C., Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) has allegedly discovered what a garbage disposal is, describing it as “terrifying” in a series of photos and videos she shared to her Instagram account.

“This DC apartment is bougie and has things I’ve never seen before. Like what is a garbage disposal really for,” Ocasio-Cortez asked in the video caption. “Is it better or worse to than throwing something in the garbage? Most importantly why is it so loud and yelling at me?

AOC saying she’s never seen a garbage disposal and then proceeding to ask if it’s environmentally sound made me lose brain cells

LITTLE BITTY just keeps stepping in it

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) ate it last week.

No, it wasn’t about the Green New Deal, which is a recipe for economic disaster; it was a poorly executed counterattack against…the media. Yep, Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) is running for the Democratic nomination in 2020, so you’re whole life goes under the microscope. Y’all know the drill. It so happens that she had quite the legal career as well, charging $675/hour and worked on over 50 legal cases. CNN’s Andrew Kaczynski simply tweeted about this dot on Warren’s resume, which AOC thought was an attack, pulled the trigger, but got face-full of buckshot instead. You see—the article was written by two female reporters from The Washington Post; Kaczynski didn’t even write it. AOC thought his comment about it on Twitter was sexist. Daily Wire has more:

Little Bitty Whining... this time about her Work Load

Time to go back to waitressing, AOC?

he civil war between the Democratic Party’s left flank and extreme left flank is heating up.

Days after Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi mocked Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) and trio of her freshmen colleagues — Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.), Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-Mich.), and Rep. Ayanna Pressley (D-Mass.) — for focusing on Twitter and PR at the expense of legislation, AOC issued another broadside against Pelosi.

"All these people have their public whatever and their Twitter world," Pelosi told the New York Times’ Maureen Dowd published Saturday. "But they didn't have any following. They're four people and that's how many votes they got."

Today in an interview with WNYC’s “New Yorker Hour,” AOC accused Pelosi of intentionally saddling her with work to keep her out of the spotlight.

“I was assigned to some of the busiest committees and four subcommittees,” AOC said. “So my hands are full. And sometimes I wonder if they’re trying to keep me busy.”

The New York lawmaker had been describing why she declined Pelosi’s offer to sit on a standing committee on climate change. AOC said she declined the Speaker’s offer after she had refused AOC’s demands for what the committee should do.

Asked about how the relationship with Pelosi is generally, AOC deadpanned: “I think sometimes people think that we have a relationship.”

Here’s an excerpt from the exchange:

HOST: “What’s your relationship like with Nancy Pelosi. Tell me how that works, what are the dynamics of it?”

OCASIO-CORTEZ: “You know, I think sometimes people think that we have this — like we have a relationship.” (Laughter)

HOST: “Are you saying you don’t?”

OCASIO-CORTEZ: “Not, not particularly, not one that’s I think distinguished from anyone else. Like if there’s a legislative need, you know. The last time I kind of spoke to her one on one was when she asked me to join the Select Committee on Climate Change.”

HOST: “What did you say.”

OCASIO-CORTEZ: “I said no.” (Laughter)

HOST: “Why?”

OCASIO-CORTEZ: “Because I had made very specific requests which I thought were rather reasonable for the Select Committee on Climate Change. I asked that it have a mission to try to draft legislation by 2020 so that — so that we essentially have a 2 year mission to put together whether it’s a Green New Deal or whether it’s some sweeping climate change legislation that — that the select committee have a legislative mission. I asked for it to have subpoena power which most committees do. The last — the last select committee had subpoena power but now this one doesn’t. And I asked for the members who sit on the select committee to not take any fossil fuel money. And none of those requests were accommodated, and so I didn’t join the committee.”

HOST: “Are you better on the outside looking in or the inside looking out?” [crosstalk]

OCASIO-CORTEZ: “I think — I think I’m better on the outside looking in, on this issue.”

HOST: “Why is that?”

OCASIO-CORTEZ: “Because given that none of those standards were met sitting on that committee I would have to own anything — I would take responsibility for anything that comes out of that committee. And when the actual my opinion, the structure of it, is compromised in very deep ways, you know it’s not — I don’t think it was like I’m going to take my ball and go home, it’s we have a select committee whose mission — I’m — I was uncertain on who’s members take fossil fuel money. You know it’s — it’s beyond just a mere disagreement I think there’s a structural problem with it. And so — and there are plenty of other caucuses as well that work on climate issues. So I think — I think that that ultimately I’m fine with the decision especially given the committee assignments that I was ultimately given, which were very intense and very rigorous. I was assigned to two of some of the busiest committees and four subcommittees so my hands are full, and sometimes I (wonder if) they’re trying to keep me busy.” (Laughter)
She gets sued for blocking people on TWITTER...

On Tuesday, the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled President Trump is not allowed to block people on his Twitter account, because the social-media page was used for “official purposes” and such a move would violate the First Amendment.

Within hours, one of the far-left newcomers to Congress who has done the same thing, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., also was sued.

The Associated Press reported the decision in Trump’s case “is likely to reverberate throughout politics after the Manhattan court warned that any elected official using a social-media account ‘for all manner of official purposes’ and then excluding critics violates free speech.”

She gets more "victim points" that you do!

Democrat Jihad Squad Leader Alexandria Occasional-Cortex Gets a New 2020 Challenger:

A Republican Immigrant Businesswoman From Jamaica, Sherie Murray: ‘Your Representative in Washington Chooses Self-Promotion Over Service, Conflict Over Constituents’

“There is a crisis in Queens, and it’s called AOC,” Murray told Fox News. “And instead of focusing on us, she’s focusing on being famous. Mainly rolling back progress and authoring the job-killing Green New Deal and killing the Amazon New York deal.”

Murray, who was born in Jamaica and moved to the United States when she was 9, is officially launching her campaign Wednesday with an introductory video that takes sharp jabs at the 29-year-old Ocasio-Cortez.

'There is a crisis in Queens, and it’s called AOC.'

— Scherie Murray

“Your representative in Washington chooses self-promotion over service, conflict over constituents, resistance over assistance," Murray said in the video. "Queens and the Bronx needs someone who will create jobs instead of turning them away."

Asked about Ocasio-Cortez’s brand of Democratic socialism, Murray said, “I think it’s far, far to the left and it is not connecting with everyday Americans.”

As for "Medicare-for-all," which Ocasio-Cortez has embraced, the Republican said: “Medicare-for-all, I think a lot of people are happy with their current health insurance.” And on the Green New Deal, the left-wing proposal to address climate change pushed by Ocasio-Ortez, she said: “We know that it certainly will kill jobs.”

. . . Whichever Republican candidate emerges from the primary field will face a steep uphill climb in the overwhelmingly Democratic district. But Murray and others are looking to paint Ocasio-Cortez as more of a celebrity than a lawmaker, while stressing their ability to work across party lines.

Ocasio-Cortez targeted by mystery multimillionaire donor

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s surging national profile has inspired a trio of Republican opponents from her home district — along with a multimillionaire mystery donor who could help close the gap in her foes’ long-shot race against her.

Just three months after taking office, the Democratic socialist congresswoman’s challengers include an Egyptian American journalist, who has already tossed her hat in the ring, and an NYPD cop-turned-high school civics teacher and conservative talk radio producer, both of whom are seriously exploring a run against her.

And the fledgling challengers could get help from a wealthy New Yorker committed to backing an Ocasio-Cortez opponent, a GOP big said.

“There’s definitely national energy and money on this race,” Bronx Republican chairman Mike Rendino told The Post, adding that he has been in touch with a mega-bucks donor hell-bent on getting AOC tossed.

Rendino wouldn’t divulge the donor’s name but said the individual is “worth over $200 million, plus [has] connections to raise money in Manhattan.”

Tom Doherty, a former deputy to former Gov. George Pataki, said a Republican challenger to AOC would be able to “raise real national money.

“We need to put individuals forward and make the incumbent work for re-election,” Doherty said.

The three potential contenders agree on one thing: They believe Ocasio-Cortez has neglected her district, which encompasses a northeast section of the Bronx including Throgs Neck and Parkchester and a northwest portion of Queens including Jackson Heights and College Point.

It took the congresswoman two months to open a district office in Queens.
