AT LAST... some signs of Pushback against fake female "victims"

Woman to go on trial for alleged false rape accusation

A young woman accused of making up rape allegations against two college football players to gain the sympathy of another student she wanted to date is going on trial this week, and claims that she was pressured into confessing are expected to play a key role.

Jury selection in the case of Nikki Yovino, 19, of South Setauket, New York, is to begin Tuesday in Bridgeport Superior Court in Connecticut, and testimony is expected to start June 18. Prosecutors and defense lawyers will be in court Monday to argue over whether some evidence and testimony should be excluded from the trial.
Yovino was a student at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield when police say she reported being raped by two Sacred Heart football players at an off-campus party in Bridgeport in October 2016.
Authorities say she later admitted that she had consensual sex with the players and told them her motive. She was charged with evidence tampering, a felony, and falsely reporting an incident, a misdemeanor. The evidence tampering charge carries as many as five years in prison.
Yovino's lawyers, however, say police pressured her into making a false confession. Prosecutors declined to comment, citing policy involving pending cases.
Ryan O'Neill, the woman's attorney, said she told police the football players had sex with her against her will but never used the terms rape or sexual assault. O'Neill said a police detective, during a second interview, pressured her into confessing that she had made up rape allegations.

Will SHE get a Free Pass ?

Los Angeles-based street artist Sabo lampooned embattled actress Asia Argento with large posters of the #MeToo leader flipping the bird with the Hashtag “#SheToo” covering her eyes.

The large photos, plastered all over L.A., emerged hours after a New York Times bombshell claimed that the Italian actress and prominent member of the #MeToo movement against sexual harassment recently settled a complaint filed made by actor-musician Jimmy Bennett who claimed Argento she sexually assaulted him when he was 17.

Argento and Bennett co-starred in a 2004 film The Heart Is Deceitful Above All Things in which Argento played Bennett’s prostitute mother.

Bennett says in the notice that he had sex with Argento in a California hotel in 2013. The age of consent in California is 18. Argento had reportedly taken a selfie with Bennett in bed, a screenshot purported to be that selfie floated around on social media Monday.

NY Times Report: #MeToo Leader Allegedly Paid Off A Man She Sexually Assaulted

A leader of the #MeToo movement allegedly paid off her own sexual assault victim after accusing film producer Harvey Weinstein of a 1997 rape in October 2017.

Italian director and actress Asia Argento, one of Weinstein’s first public accusers, apparently paid actor and musician Jimmy Bennett $380,000 in exchange for his agreement not to sue her after she allegedly sexually assaulted him in 2013, The New York Times reported Sunday. Argento was 37 years old and Bennett was 17 years old at the time of the incident.

“We hope nothing like this ever happens to you again,” Argento’s lawyer, Carrie Goldberg, wrote in an April letter to Argento. “You are a powerful and inspiring creator and it is a miserable condition of life that you live among shitty individuals who’ve preyed on both your strengths and your weaknesses.”

Bennett’s own lawyer, Gordon Sattro, described a “sexual battery” perpetrated by Argento on Bennett that affected both the musician’s mental health and income, in a November letter he sent to lawyer Richard Hofstetter, who was then representing Argento.

Bennett asked Argento for $3.5 million in damages for lost wages, emotional distress, battery and assault. The actor had made over $2.7 million in the five years leading up to the alleged 2013 incident, but he has since earned an average of $60,000 per year.

Argento obtained the copyright for a May 9, 2013 photo from Bennett featuring the two of them lying in bed as part of the parties’ agreement. The New York Times obtained access to this photo via an encrypted email from an anonymous party.

"Bennett was 17 years old" = Under-age?

So... she's techically a pedophile?

TRUMP: "you have to listen to him also... one of the finest people"

He DENIES being at drunken party...

LAWYER: Not Her Job To Corroborate Story...

'Searching memory for anything to validate'...

WSJ: #MeToo Ambush...

Kavanaugh and his accuser to go head to head next Monday in dramatic Senate testimony as Supreme Court nominee DENIES being at drunken teen party where professor claims he sexually assaulted her and tells Senators she is 'mixed up'

  • Brett Kavanaugh and Christine Blasey Ford will testify in public before the Senate Judiciary Committee next Monday
  • It will be showdown likely to rival that of Clarence Thomas and Anita Hill
  • The GOP caved and postponed a Thursday vote on Kavanaugh after intense political pressure - including from their own party - to hear from Ford
  • Kavanaugh is denying he was at the high school party in question where Ford said he attempted to rape her as a friend watched
  • Kavanaugh spoke with Republican Sen. Orrin Hatch, a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, for about 10 minutes Monday afternoon
  • Kavanaugh denied to him that he was at the party in question
  • Hatch aide said Kavanaugh told the senator 'that Dr. Ford, who acknowledged to the Washington Post that she 'did not remember some key details of the incident,' may be mistaking him for someone else.'
  • Republican Sen. Susan Collins warned: 'Obviously if Judge Kavanaugh has lied about what happened, that would be disqualifying.'
  • Kavanaugh 'stands ready to testify tomorrow if the Senate is ready to hear him,' White House spokesman Raj Shah said in a statement
  • President Trump also defended his Supreme Court nominee, saying he's 'never even had a blemish on his record' and 'it will work out very well'
  • Trump also indicated he'd be fine with a delay in the confirmation and wants the 'complete process': 'If it takes a little delay it'll take a little delay'
  • Kavanaugh said in a new statement Monday that he is willing to talk to the Senate Judiciary Committee again and has again denied the allegation
  • He added: 'I had no idea who was making this accusation until she identified herself yesterday'
  • He was spotted arriving at the White House on Monday morning, it's been reported he has hired an attorney, and he's calling key senators
  • Christine Ford's attorney had said earlier in the day that Ford is willing to testify in public before the Senate Judiciary Committee
  • 'She's willing to do whatever it takes to get her story forth,' Ford's attorney Debra Katz told 'The Today Show'
  • She also said Ford believes the attack was 'attempted rape'

What Pisses Me Off About The Brett Kavanaugh Sexual Assault Accusations

D@mned Dems Weaponize MeToo

The #MeToo Kavanaugh Ambush

A story this old and unprovable can’t be allowed to delay a Supreme Court confirmation vote.

The woman accusing Brett Kavanaugh of a drunken assault when both were teenagers has now come forward publicly, and on Monday it caused Republicans to delay a confirmation vote and schedule another public hearing. Yet there is no way to confirm her story after 36 years, and to let it stop Mr. Kavanaugh’s confirmation would ratify what has all the earmarks of a calculated political ambush.

This is not to say Christine Blasey Ford isn’t sincere in what she remembers. In an interview published in the Washington Post on Sunday, Ms. Ford offered a few more details of the story she told anonymously starting in July. She says she was 15 when Mr. Kavanaugh, who would have been 17, and a male friend pushed her into a bedroom at a drinking party, held her down, and pawed her until the male friend jumped on them both and she escaped to a bathroom until the two boys left the room.

Mr. Kavanaugh denies all this “categorically and unequivocally,” and there is simply no way to prove it. The only witness to the event is Mr. Kavanaugh’s high school male friend, Mark Judge, who also says he recalls no such event. Ms. Ford concedes she told no one about it—not even a high school girl friend or family member—until 2012 when she told the story as part of couples therapy with her husband.

The vagaries of memory are well known, all the more so when they emerge in the cauldron of a therapy session to rescue a marriage. Experts know that human beings can come to believe firmly over the years that something happened when it never did or is based on partial truth. Mistaken identity is also possible.

The Post reports that the therapist’s notes from 2012 say there were four male assailants, but Ms. Ford says that was a mistake. Ms. Ford also can’t recall in whose home the alleged assault took place, how she got there, or how she got home that evening.

This is simply too distant and uncorroborated a story to warrant a new hearing or to delay a vote. We’ve heard from all three principals, and there are no other witnesses to call. Democrats will use Monday’s hearing as a political spectacle to coax Mr. Kavanaugh into looking defensive or angry, and to portray Republicans as anti-women. Odds are it will be a circus.

The timing and details of how Ms. Ford came forward, and how her name was coaxed into public view, should also raise red flags about the partisan motives at play. The Post says Ms. Ford contacted the paper via a tip line in July but wanted to remain anonymous. She then brought her story to a Democratic official while still hoping to stay anonymous.

Yet she also then retained a lawyer, Debra Katz, who has a history of Democratic activism and spoke in public defense of Bill Clinton against the accusations by Paula Jones. Ms. Katz urged Ms. Ford to take a polygraph test. The Post says she passed the polygraph, though a polygraph merely shows that she believes the story she is telling.

. . .

GOP Senators should understand that the political cost of defeating Mr. Kavanaugh will likely include the loss of the Senate. Democrats are already motivated to vote against Donald Trump, and if Republicans panic now their own voters will rightly be furious. They would be letting Democrats get away with the same dirty trick they tried and failed to pull off against Clarence Thomas.

It would also be a serious injustice to a man who has by all accounts other than Ms. Ford’s led a life of respect for women and the law. Every #MeToo miscreant is a repeat offender. The accusation against Mr. Kavanaugh is behavior manifested nowhere else in his life.

No one, including Donald Trump, needs to attack Ms. Ford. She believes what she believes. This is not he said-she said. This is a case of an alleged teenage encounter, partially recalled 30 years later without corroboration, and brought forward to ruin Mr. Kavanaugh’s reputation for partisan purposes.

Letting an accusation that is this old, this unsubstantiated and this procedurally irregular defeat Mr. Kavanaugh would also mean weaponizing every sexual assault allegation no matter the evidence

WHO was the (F--king) ABUSER in the Allen/Farrow family?

Woody Allen Wife Breaks Silence, Defends Husband...

Alleges Years of Abuse by Mia Farrow...

Ronan Farrow may not be his son?

(should be pretty obvious!)

Woody Allen reacted to persistent rumors that Ronan Farrow‘s biological father was Frank Sinatra, not him, with Mia Farrow by saying he believes the Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist is his — “but I wouldn’t bet my life on it.”

“In my opinion, he’s my child,” Allen, 82, said in a profile of his wife, Soon-Yi Previn, that New York magazine published Sunday on its Vulture website.

“I think he is, but I wouldn’t bet my life on it. I paid child support for him for his whole childhood, and I don’t think that’s very fair if he’s not mine,” the four-time Oscar winner said.

Allen added about his 73-year-old ex: “Also she represented herself as a faithful person, and she certainly wasn’t. Whether she actually became pregnant in an affair she had … ”

Isn't it time that there were actual CONSEQUENCES for unfaithful bitties?

Who live off the fruits of ill-gotten children?

Mammoth hypocrisy by Leftists & #meToo > will Backfire

"women must believed" (& other leftwing horsefeathers) is highly selective.

Those with-leftwing political views, are safe, and even the most unlikely accusation against someone on the right are taken as Truth

This is true insanity, as well as incredibly unfair, and probably illegal.

The massive hypocrisy by the Left will be recognized and backfire on the Left

The Democrat/Media Smearing Of Brett Kavanaugh Is Truly Evil

Mollie Hemingway

By Mollie Hemingway

Maybe Brett Kavanaugh is a gang-raping attempted murderer who managed to live a public life of acclaim and honor. Maybe the devotion to his wife and two daughters, his respect for countless women and their careers, and his wisdom on the bench are parts of an elaborate plot to get away with it. Anything is possible.

But the idea that the country should convict him and destroy his life with no evidence other than recovered and uncorroborated memories and creepy porn lawyer Michael Avenatti’s say-so is quite insane.

President Donald Trump, who was elected by people who cared deeply about fighting the progressive takeover of the courts, nominated Brett Kavanaugh to fill Anthony Kennedy’s seat. D.C. establishment figures on the right revere Kavanaugh, and praise his extensive judicial record. Before meeting with him or holding hearings, most Democratic senators said they planned to vote against him.

The hearings ricocheted from interesting discussions of judicial philosophy to clownish “I am Spartacus” moments and radical abortion protesters screaming about their love of killing unborn children.

Only upon completion did Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein release news that she’d sat on a claim of sexual assault for six weeks. The media then began running with uncorroborated and disputed allegations ranging from Christine Blasey Ford saying she thought Kavanaugh was trying to rape her and might kill her to Avenatti suggesting that Kavanaugh is a gang raper.

Republicans on the Judiciary Committee — in part thanks to Sen. Jeff Flake, cowering in the face of a smear campaign — bent over backwards to accommodate the first accuser, no matter how outlandish her requests to delay the hearing. As was easily predictable, the media and other resistance members put forth additional claims — somehow even less substantiated than the initial one — as the days passed.

This all has political significance, but let’s take a step back and think through the ethics of destroying a man without evidence to warrant it.

I’m An Immigrant, Minority Woman Going Republican Over Democrats’ Treatment Of Kavanaugh

All it took was Democrats’ treatment of Brett Kavanaugh over the last few weeks to turn me into that elusive creature: a minority, immigrant woman who supports Republicans.
Adele Scalia
By Adele Scalia

I have become a unicorn. My metamorphosis didn’t require a magic spell or potion, or even a trip to a well-reviewed plastic surgeon to add a horn to my head. All it took was Democrats’ treatment of Brett Kavanaugh over the last few weeks to turn me into that elusive creature: a minority, immigrant woman who supports Republicans.

I moved to the United States from Trinidad and Tobago eight years ago when I married my husband, Christopher, former U.S. Supreme Court justice Antonin Scalia’s eighth (and, in my opinion, most lovable) child. Some people might read that and think, “Well, that’s no surprise then; Justice Scalia’s daughter-in-law is hardly likely to be anything but Republican!”

But they would be wrong. I’ve always considered myself politically moderate: I am unapologetically pro-life, but my views on affirmative action, Black Lives Matter, and gun control made me sympathize strongly with Democratic perspectives and occasionally led to arguments with my husband and father-in-law.

. . . The party that established itself as a champion for the voiceless, powerless, and wrongfully accused, betrayed its values and launched a vicious attack on Kavanaugh that left him voiceless, powerless, and completely incapable of defending himself. Against all logic and good faith, they released uncorroborated allegations of sexual misconduct to the public, counting on the backdrop of the Me Too movement to make them that much harder to criticize or ignore. I still cannot reconcile these actions with the social and criminal justice reform platforms that Democrats campaign on.

In recent years, the left has also strongly condemned men in general, and straight white men in particular, for practicing toxic masculinity. Toxic masculinity, in their opinion, is the root cause of some of our most dangerous societal ills, such as domestic abuse, gun violence, and rape culture. The cure? Men should be encouraged to feel, cry, and express their emotions and display traits that are not typically considered masculine.

But when Kavanaugh cried at the post-allegation hearings while recounting the effects of weeks of being beaten down and insulted by Democratic senators and much of the media, the blowback from the left was astonishing. He was mocked. They questioned his authenticity.

He was accused of putting on a performance. They asked what reason he, a man who was defending himself against unproven allegations of sexual assault and gang rape, whose family had been threatened and whose name had been eternally tarnished, had to cry. That is gaslighting at its most egregious, from the most vocal opponents of the sort of manipulation that is usually perpetrated against women.

Crybaby Ford is no hero... is not brave

Kavanaugh accuser Ford nominated for UNC award for her ‘courage’ and ‘inspiration’

A group of faculty, students and alums at University of North Carolina Chapel Hill are nominating Christine Blasey Ford for a Distinguished Alumna Award after she testified before a Senate panel about her sexual assault allegations against then-Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.

Citing the “courage it took for her to take the moral and ethical stand that she did in testifying about her sexual assault experience in front of the world,” a letter from English professor Jennifer Ho nominates Ford for the award.

The U.S. Senate confirmed Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court Saturday with a 50-48 vote and he was sworn in that night in a private ceremony.

I am having an industrial-strength Picard double-palm, at warp speed upon reading this.

Do these endorsers NOT understand this woman's method, motive, and
opportunity, completely truth-free, was centered upon a chance to create a potentially lethal, profession take-down of this judge, just because he is a conservative?!?

This was a frantic, fact-free, deep-ditch effort by the Democrats to prevent a conservative from being confirmed to the Supreme Court, and Ford's accusations could not be corroborated.

Cory Booker Praises Sherrod Brown’s ‘Decency,’ Despite Abuse Allegations

While speaking to a small room of supporters Booker praised Brown’s “basic human decency” at a GOTV launch:

“…none of them inspire me more in terms of basic human decency than Sherrod Brown. Sherrod is one of those guys, and maybe I can give you this story. Well first of all, he has this kind of kindness about him and I don’t mean to be judgmental to folks but I have one standard that I love when I look at people, specially folks in high office with fancy titles. I really have this believe that someone who is nice to you, but not nice to the waiter is not a nice person. And Sherrod is one of people that embodies the ideal that you cannot lead the people if you don’t love the people. He embodies the ideal that leaders should not denigrate they should elevate. He is one of those folks that you watch him when he moves in the corridors of the Senate as you rush about to do these lofty issues. He sees people, he sees the dignity and the worth. He expresses kindness. He doesn’t think he is better than. He is a regular guy that sees every single person as his equal or often even more so he elevates their dignity in a way that he looks up to them and sees their light…”

By bringing up Brown’s decency, Booker is opening the door to questions from the Ohio senator’s past. In May 1986, Brown’s first wife, Larke Brown, filed for divorce, stating in the complaint that Brown “has been guilty of gross neglect of duty and extreme cruelty.” Larke sought a restraining order against Brown, saying, she feared “for the safety and well-being of myself and our children due to the defendant’s physical violence and abusive nature.”

Male ‘feminist’ reveals shocking reversal after witnessing Dem’s attempted takedown of Kavanaugh

A self-identified male “feminist,” who for decades traveled the country teaching women self-defense and other empowerment techniques, reveals in a new essay that he has ditched the feminist movement completely after witnessing the attempted takedown of now-Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.

The essay, for The Federalist, is titled: “The Kavanaugh Smear War Broke My Decades-Long Support For Feminism.”

What did he say?

Albert Marrewa, a counselor with decades of experience in the feminist movement, admits he was “wholeheartedly” committed to the feminist movement, but after witnessing the far-left shift the movement has undergone in recent years, culminating with the #MeToo movement and the Kavanaugh smear campaign, he no longer identifies with the movement.

“All these years I silently stood by and watched third-wave feminism (with assistance from the radical left) methodically take a sledgehammer to Western society as a whole, and males in particular,” Marrewa wrote.

“Yet it wasn’t until I witnessed the Me Too movement snowball into an all-out, anti-male witch hunt that I realized good men were in real trouble. Astonishingly, after having been an advocate for women my entire adult life, I quickly learned I was still considered the “enemy,” simply for being a man,” he explained.

The development, Marrewa wrote, is something he never imagined happening, explaining the true goal of radical feminism is the prosecution of “any man who dares to wear his masculinity on his sleeve.”

“In fact, masculinity is their true adversary,” Marrewa said.

“To be sure, every man—regardless of his age, race, political persuasion, or sexual orientation—is in their crosshairs, but especially those who embody traditional masculine qualities, such as strength, discipline, direction, independence, confidence, and assertiveness. And God help him if he’s also white, Christian, conservative, affluent, or holds a position of power,” he explained.

Marrewa went on to explain that as he ages — he’s nearing 60 — he’s growing less concerned with his well-being and how radical feminism affects him, but rather how it will affect the next generation of men.

Then he explained how the Kavanaugh charade is the proverbial straw that broke the camel’s back for his identification with feminism.

As regrettable as it is, the recent attempt by all the usual suspects to block Kavanaugh’s confirmation to the U.S. Supreme Court at the eleventh hour by destroying his character, reputation, and life, via salacious, unsubstantiated, and uncorroborated allegations of sexual misconduct dating back thirty-odd years to when he was but a teenager, has obliterated the last vestiges of the “women’s advocate” dwelling inside my heart.

Setting politics aside, watching a good man being taken down by a mob with zero regard for due process and the presumption of innocence is the final straw for me. In other words, I’m done. While it pains me to say this, I will no longer champion any self-described women’s cause unless things dramatically change for the better.

Read Marrewa’s complete essay here.

Who gives jobs to bigots like this?  Universities, Media

This May Be The Looniest Anti-Male Op-Ed Ever Written.

And The Washington Post Just Published It.

On Friday, The Washington Post ran what could easily rank as the single looniest op-d they’ve ever run: a piece from Victoria Bissell Brown, retired history professor at Grinnell College, arguing that men are incapable of being good, even if they oppose sexism. Men are, by nature, vile and terrible, and can’t fix anything by listening to women – instead, they must change from within. Sadly, though, they’re not capable of such change, which begs the question: what the hell are men supposed to do, aside from die?

Brown begins by talking about screaming at her husband. Really.

I yelled at my husband last night. Not pick-up-your-socks yell. Not how-could-you-ignore-that-red-light yell. This was real yelling. This was 30 minutes of from-the-gut yelling. Triggered by a small, thoughtless, dismissive, annoyed, patronizing comment. Really small. A micro-wave that triggered a hurricane. I blew. Hard and fast. And it terrified me. I’m still terrified by what I felt and what I said. I am almost 70 years old. I am a grandmother. Yet in that roiling moment, screaming at my husband as if he represented every clueless male on the planet (and I every angry woman of 2018), I announced that I hate all men and wish all men were dead. If one of my grandchildren yelled something that ridiculous, I’d have to stifle a laugh.

But she didn’t stifle a laugh. Instead, she doubles down in the pages of The Washington Post. It turns out that her bats*** loonyness isn’t actually bats*** loonyness: screaming at her husband is well-founded. Why? Because he’s a male.

(Projection ! The Bitty certainly shows a lack of emotional maturity, and she wants to blame men for her own "triggering")

A black child’s backpack brushed up against a woman. She called 911 to report a sexual assault.

A New York woman became the subject of ridicule and hatred on social media after she falsely accused a boy of groping her while she was shopping inside a deli.
Teresa Klein, who is white, created a commotion earlier this week outside the Sahara Deli Market in Brooklyn’s Flatbush neighborhood as she appeared to tell a 911 dispatcher that the boy, who is black, assaulted her. The spectacle was captured in a now-viral video, and Klein, a 53-year-old Brooklyn resident, has been nicknamed #CornerstoreCaroline.
