According to Professor Peterson, the military will not take anyone under IQ-83

 

I reckon that may mean 35-40% of Afro-Americans cannot qualify, and maybe 70-80% of Somali's

 

Maybe we should not allow immigrants below this level to enter legally (but how to test?)
