Purely based on charts:

Kodiak ($0.80), Farallon ($0.55), and Soho ($0.53) look cheap

 

Tyhee ($0.53) can also be bought, as a BET on a breakout.

Maybe ECU Silver ($2.99), on the same logic.

 

By comparison: GDX is at $41.54, as this was written.
