  1. International Lithium is up 100% on first day of trading to $0.50....!? This is turning out to be an excellent trade, can't wait to see what news come out next. TNR was also in the news over the weekend with Rob McEwan... http://www.mineweb.com/mineweb/view/mineweb/en/page66?oid=127615&sn=Detail&pid=102055
  2. Dr. Bubb, An honor to have you on board! I like the team and the business model, an associate of mine has done exceptionally well and he's a self-made multi-millionaire. Check out his profile (Kirill Klip), him and his team of high value investors own over 50% of the shares. I like people who put their money where their mouth is. http://www.canadianinsider.com http://www.sedi.ca I'm long myself on a decent sized position, hoping to get a bit more today on the dip. The excellent news on Los Azules also makes me very excited... this is a large 14 billion pound copper resource that TNR is now disputing for the majority interest of the project. If its a lottery ticket, it at least has the court approval to continue!
  3. More good news - TNR is now going for a bigger piece of the $3 billion dollar copper play it sounds like
  4. GREAT NEWS!! Everyone that's a shareholder before May 16 end of day will get shares of International Lithium!!
  5. Keep in mind management and insiders hold more than 50% of shares. Lots of fund support - Toqueville and Pinetree hold another 10% easily - check 10F EDGAR filings http://www.theaureport.com/pub/na/3532
  6. TNR secures strategic investor from China!!!! $2 million and investment up to 30% multi year deal
  7. 2010-11-04 18:05 ET - News Release Mr. Gary Schellenberg reports TNR GOLD CORP.: LOS AZULES COPPER PROJECT COURT DATE SET FOR SUMMER 2011 TNR Gold Corp.'s litigation in the Supreme Court of British Columbia related to the Los Azules project in Argentina, involving TNR, Minera Andes Inc., MIM Argentina Exploraciones S.A. (Xstrata) and related entities, has been joined for hearing and scheduled for a new trial date of June 20 to July 15, 2011. The trial will be held in Vancouver. As disclosed by TNR in Stockwatch on May 17, 2010, the subject of the legal actions is TNR's right to back-in to 25 per cent of certain properties constituting the Los Azules project. The Los Azules project is an advanced exploration project currently reporting a National Instrument 43-101-compliant inferred resource. MAI and Xstrata are contesting TNR's ability to exercise its back-in right. TNR is vigorously pursuing its claim and opposing MAI's efforts to deny the back-in right. The company encourages interested parties to review the amended statement of defence and counterclaim in their entirety on its website for a better understating of TNR's position. It should be noted that the statement of defence and counterclaim are not intended to be, and should not be interpreted as, sources of factual, business or operational information about TNR or any of its affiliates. The statement of defence and counterclaim contain assertions that have been prepared solely for use in connection with the legal dispute with MAI and Xstrata, have not been proven and should, therefore, not be relied upon. We seek Safe Harbor.
  8. http://www.foundationres.com info@foundationres.com Foundation Resources is an interesting new gold developer in Ontario Canada. With under 20 million shares and most held by flow through fund Mineral Field, and 1/3 by management, this stock trades very well. The project Coldstream is 70% optioned by FDN, 30% held by Alto. March 2010 - the first current drill program revealed a very high grade interval of the gold deposit. The stock subsequently ran up from $0.15 to $0.92, trading millions of shares a day. he Coldstream Gold Property: Past producing Cu-Ag-Au mine A historical gold resource of 234,000oz (non 43-101 compliant) with strong potential for expansion Potential extension of a 1.5 million ounce inferred resource onto the Property Large land package, mining friendly region, existing infrastructure, easy access The Coldstream Gold Property contains the past producing North Coldstream Mine and the East Coldstream Deposit. The 1.5 million ounce, 51 million tonne Moss Lake Gold Deposit abuts the southwest boundary of the Property, and this mineralization extends onto the southern portion of the Coldstream Gold Property. The North Coldstream Mine produced 103 million pounds of copper, 440,000 oz of silver, and 22,000 oz of gold while operated by Noranda between 1960 and 1967. In 1990 Noranda calculated a 5.1 million tonne resource of 234,000 oz at the East Coldstream Deposit. This historical estimate was completed prior to NI43-101 standards, therefore it should not be relied upon. Recent work has demonstrated significant potential to expand the East Coldstream Deposit along strike and to depth as infill and confirmation drilling bring it toward 43-101 compliance. More drilling underway - would be a great time to pick up some shares!
  9. Mariana drilling must be going well - findinglots of lithium! IPO soon I hope for ILC? TNR's been creeping back up to $0.25
  10. Unlike AMLM LIEG and the even worst LTUM - these guys have $2M cash on balance sheet - $5 million raised for a large copper project, and ONGOING project developments
  11. June 22 - AGM shareholder date - record date coming up shortly I suspect we'll have new ILC Lithium trading shares around July - Good luck everyone!

Definitely SELL Comparables of LIEG are listed here : AMLM and LTUM Both highly suspicious even for a short term trade now that the promo has run its course... http://messages.finance.yahoo.com/Stocks_(...tof=5&frt=2 http://thestreetsweeper.org/article.html?c=6&i=457
  13. I'd keep an eye on TNR - it's climbing back up to $0.30 likely because shareholders will get the new public company shares soon FDN and SRG are two other I'm looking at, with FDN alread popped 2-3X recently on good projects. Mind you only 10 million shares or so OM looks interesting as well - completely awy from mining though
