This looks like an interesting company, have been doing a bit of research and may buy some.
They have recently acquired a silver mine, but it doesn't appear to have had much effect on the share price.

Agreed could be 4th largest silver mine. I have a small stake too.
Funding for the goltsovoye silver mine has been announced today...
Check the company out as it now has a great asset looking like it will be brought into production in 2009
