HAVE PEOPLE on HPC become too-House obsessed?
I believe it is far too late in the property cycle to risk investing in Uk Property. Despite all the headlines aboutrprices rising again in London etc., when you take into consideration the costs of buying and selling, and the costs of holding, I would argue that it was near-impossible to buy property any time since mid-2004, and sell it, and walk away with a decent profit. Do you know ANYONE who has done that? If so, i would like to hear the story.
So let's focus on OTHER ways of making money
