The Beacon "Resort" a new Benchmark for Makati

This popular project consists of three Towers, and is on the edge of the prime area of Makati just South of Amorsolo, and a short 6 minute (or so) walk from Greenbelt mall.

Tower three will be handed over soon, and it will be interesting to see what happens to Rents in the area. The area remains popular, and so absorption of the new units should happen within a year of less, with some downwards pressure after keys are handed over

 

There's been some downwards pressure already - at Alveo Columns, where average rents have softened over the past two years or so from generallty P 1000-1100 psm, to perhaps P 900-1000. Having said that, particularly good decoration may fetch higher rents.

Tower 3 is scheduled for turnover any time now (April?)

 

Nevertheless there are still some units left - although all the studios have been sold.

Amorsolo Tower (Tower 3) should open for occupancy soon.

 

Many of these flats will have an excellent view

Compare Beacon, with Alveo's The Columns Legaspi - height, number of flats, etc

Compare:
