ALVEO Land has sold out the first phase of The Residences, a residential subdivision within its mixed-use estate in Kawit, Cavite

41-hectare site in the southern portion of Evo-City, comprising 760 lots, for phase 1 and phase 2.

 

( Prices were a minimum of P 30,000 psm for residential lots, it has been reported)

 

+ P 3.5 billion generated from the sale of 395 lots (/395 = xx average per lot)

+ Alveo estimates The Residences phase two will be offered at 15% higher next year

+ Lot prices for average size of 325 sq meters were between P 9 mn - p 13.5 million

+ Residences is a low density residential development with a main park, basketball court, and a children's area

+ The clubhouse will have a function room, a boardroom, a lap pool,lounge pool and children's area

+ Turnover will be in 2020

 

The commercial area of the CBD will be launched in the second half of 2018

 

"Future residents, workers, and visitors will experience an orderly, eco-friendly lifestyle with all the conveniences of a major CBD"

 

Evo-city will be walkable, and pedestrian friendly
