The area remains popular, and so absorption of the new units should happen within a year of less, with some downwards pressure after keys are handed over There's been some downwards pressure already - at Alveo Columns, where average rents have softened over the past two years or so from generallty P 1000-1100 psm, to perhaps P 900-1000.
